KASE/AFT lobbied successfully for ATC employees to receive 6 FREE credit hours at any state post-secondary education institution!

KASE/AFT worked with Department of Technical Education administration to pass legislation that gives ATC employees a fair, independent personnel appeal system.  KASE/AFT has advocated for this type of legislation during the past three legislative sessions.  

KASE/AFT's vocational education council focuses specifically on the needs of ATC employees.

KASE/AFT gives ATC employees $1 million in professional liability insurance at almost half the cost of other educational organizations.

KASE/AFT understands vocational education and has been working for and with vocational educators since 1987.
